Dr Sai Khan Lu was trained in Mandalay, central Burma. He migrated to Australia in 2007 and completed his GP training in Tasmania, rotating from Ulverstone to Hobart. He has worked in rural Tasmania as a locum then moved to Sydney before settling on the Gold Coast. He has specialist interest in general health, acupuncture ( Dr Sai does not do Laser Acupuncture ). and has worked as a ringside doctor for boxing matches in the past. He can speak English, Burmese and Shan (Tai ethnic).
Dr. Chuck Fung Kong
MBBS (Monash), FRACGP
Chuck graduated from Monash University in 2005. His previous work experience includes general medicine, surgery, paediatrics, emergency and anaesthetics. Chuck worked in metropolitan Melbourne, interstates including Tasmania, Queensland and rural Victoria prior moving to Queensland in 2015. He enjoys general practice and he has special interest in chronic disease management, medical acupuncture, men’s health and travel medicine. Chuck speaks fluent mandarin.
Dr Chuck does zoledronic acid (Aclasta)infusion and iron infusion.
Dr. Eugene Lim
MBBS
Dr Eugene Lim graduated from the University of Tasmania, Australia in 2011, and since has gained diverse clinical experiences across multiple hospitals in Tasmania, Western Australia, and Queensland. For the last 7 years he has been working with Queensland Health, working recently in Emergency Medicine with Caboolture Hospital. With a solid foundation in clinical practice and a commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate care he has a broad understanding of various medical specialties. Dr Lim can speak multiple languages, including Mandarin and Malay, in addition to English. He joined Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre in 2024 as a RACGP Registrar.
Dr Lim does zoledronic acid (Aclasta) infusion and iron infusion.
Dr Michele Chua
MBBS
Dr Michele Chua graduated from Bond University in 2014. She has worked at various hospital including Gold Coast University Hospital, Robina, QE2 and Logan Hospital before commencing her General Practice Training. Having spent the past 8 years working in immigration health, gives unique insight, expertise and skills to support a diversity of cultures starting their next chapter in Australia. She joined Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre in 2025 as an RACGP Registrar. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga and pilates & spending time with her family. Language spoken: English, Mandarin and conversational Cantonese.
Dr Michele has a special interest in Women’s Health & does iron infusion.
Dr William Paterson
FRACGP
Dr William Paterson is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals and families in Beenleigh and the wider Logan region.
Dr Paterson graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Notre Dame Fremantle in 2021. He subsequently relocated to Queensland and worked at Redland Bay Hospital across a number of specialties including paediatrics, emergency medicine and general medicine. This broad hospital experience allows him to provide well-rounded care for patients of all ages.
Dr Paterson enjoys all aspects of general practice and is passionate about helping patients improve their long-term health through preventative care and chronic disease management. He believes in taking the time to listen to patients and working collaboratively to develop personalised treatment plans.
Dr Paterson provides care for patients of all ages, including children, adults and older patients, and welcomes new patients from Beenleigh, Eagleby, Holmview, Edens Landing and surrounding Logan suburbs.
He also performs iron infusions and zoledronic acid (Aclasta) infusions within the practice.

Dr Steve Lee
MD

Dr. Steve (Sun Woo) Lee is a Brisbane local who completed degrees in both Pharmacy and Medicine at the University of Queensland. His junior doctor training at the Princess Alexandra Hospital provided a solid foundation in diverse medical and surgical disciplines, which he further developed during several years of practice as an Emergency Registrar at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital. He gained valuable experience treating patients of all ages, from pediatric patients to the elderly, and managing a wide range of acute medical conditions and emergencies. Dr. Lee is passionate about providing compassionate and patient-centered care, focusing on building strong doctor-patient relationships. In his leisure time, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his family (including his dog, Louie), traveling, musical activities (piano and singing), cooking, and following the Premier League. He is fluent in English and Korean.

Dr June Chan
MD
Dr June Chan graduated from University of Melbourne in 2015. She has worked in multiple hospitals in Queensland including Cairns Hospital, Gold Coast University Hospital as well as Mater Hospital, building a broad clinical foundation in multiple areas of medicine. She enjoys caring for patients from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds with a focus on patient-centred care.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading fantasy novels, listening to music and catching up with friends and family.
